Our Junior Development Squad is meticulously crafted to nurture young rowing talent for the 2026-2027 season. We offer two specialized performance training squads aimed at U/19 and U/17 athletes. These squads are designed to prepare participants for prestigious competitions, including the NSW State Championships and the Australian Rowing Championships. Key Features of Our Training Squads
U/19 Performance Squad
Tailored for elite U/19 rowers, this squad targets those in 1st VIII or Year 10 Division 1 crews, aiming for competitive success in 2027.
U/17 Performance Squad
Designed for U/17 athletes currently in Year 8 and Year 9 Division 1 crews, focusing on skill enhancement and competitive readiness for 2027.
Limited Athlete Spots
