Coaching in 2026

The club has access to a number of well-qualified coaches who offer their time and expertise on a volunteer basis. The coaches are assigned to designated squads and have the confidence of the club's management committee to help members achieve their goals in the sport.

The club's Junior Development Squad coaching panel is headed by Nigel Stubbs. We also have Jeffery Webb providing valuable support with the younger athletes.

The head coach for the clubs Learn to Row program is Andrew McNicol, a respected coach at BSRA schools. He has been the Queensland Womens Youth VIII coach from 2019 to 2025.
